The Squeeze

For one niche pharmaceutical distributor, it became evident that providing a new sterile unit-dose package was critical. Unfortunately, the conventional Gamma and ethylene oxide forms of sterilization added a tremendous amount of cost and lead time to the manufacturing process.

The Result

Shotmizer researched and enlisted a new, advanced process of sterilization that uses an electrobeam. Sterilizing in seconds rather than days, this alternative method saved enough time that the customer was able to receive a completely sterile package at absolutely no additional cost.
