A: Yes. We can design the opening diameter to facilitate faster dispensing or more dispensing control.
In some cases, depending on the product, you can heat your Shotmizer vial to reduce the viscosity and improve flow.

A: We can produce most Shotmizer packages using a wide range of FDA-approved high-, medium- and low-density and linear low-density polyethylene. Our current stock items are all low-density polyethylene because they yield a nice feel and squeezability that makes dispensing easier.
Having said that, our capabilities allow for many other materials, including polypropylene. These are more rigid than a polyethylene, but will work fine for lower viscosity liquids that can be poured. In fact, because they typically demonstrate better barrier properties, we may recommend a material blend when packaging such products as oils or fragrances.
Bottom line, Shotmizer is flexible, so tell us what you need.
A: Obviously, this depends on several variables, including customization and current workflow in our facility.
In any case, with our capabilities and production flexibility, you’ll find Shotmizer is quite responsive to your needs.
If you order one of our standard products, we can begin production right away and deliver in days.
For a custom Shotmizer package that involves tooling, the typical timeframe is around 16 weeks.
A: Any size you need.
